The role of the court is to carry out the Word of G-d. When the court is corrupt and does not follow the Constitution of Israel--the Torah of G-d--then the court must be Judged. Israel does not rule by its Constitution, for people say the Laws are too harsh, and so they judge however they want. For this, Israel has suffered beyond words and has been continuously afflicted by criminals. Israel has repeatedly faced destruction and its only consolation has been the grave. Is it for the cause of our enemies that we should be compassionate? Should not the criminal receive his Judgment and the righteous be rewarded with life? If Israel is to live, then it must live according to these Laws. For if Justice will prevail, then Israel will never again fail...
